Who We Are:
Reach Out Rescue & Resources (RORR) is a small group of rescuers with a large amount of passion for dogs and cats! Our Team of dedicated Volunteers are scattered throughout WV, MD, VA, PA, DC, Delaware, and as far South as Georgia.
We do not have a facility. Every Animal that we pull from shelters, go straight into one of our Volunteer Foster Homes. These Animals are loved beyond measure and treated as if they are our very own Pets. They are part of our RORR Family from the second they are pulled, through their transition period in a loving Foster Home, onto being adopted into their forever homes and beyond.
What We Do:
While we rescue all types of dogs and cats, we are dedicated to those who are often the last to be saved: black dogs, seniors, and hounds.
We also take in quite a few special needs animals and tend to their needs, whether they be physical, emotional, or behavioral. We very often pull animals from rural shelters where they have little chance of survival, and we give them a second chance at a wonderful life!
